How we work
Chemical injection, waterproofing from the outside, breathable coating, or ventilation depending on the diagnosis. Rising damp, roof leaks, internal condensation, and saltpetre efflorescence. Diagnosis before acting. The treatment requires addressing the source of the water, not the internal symptom. If the roof is degraded, the entire waterproofing needs to be renewed with new asphalt membrane or a projected liquid polyurethane system. If the facade has structural cracks, they are sealed with elastic sealant and repainted with specific facade paint that covers micro-cracks. Only after ensuring the exterior is watertight do we repair the interior wall.
