How we work
We start with ceilings, lamps, air ducts, and high parts of cupboards, where the finest dust accumulates. We then move on to walls, doors, frames, skirting boards, radiators, and blind guides. After that, internal and external carpentry, windows inside and out, taps, and sanitary fittings. We finish with the floors, which are done last because they catch everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, mopping with a neutral product, and, if necessary, a second mop to remove the last layer of construction dust. Call us, write to us via WhatsApp or request your quote online — we'll reply in less than 10 minutes during working hours. The treatment requires addressing the source of the water, not just the interior symptom. If the roof is degraded, the entire waterproofing must be renewed with new asphalt felt or a sprayed liquid polyurethane system. If the facade has structural cracks, they are sealed with elastic mastic and repainted with a specific facade paint that covers micro-cracks. Only after guaranteeing external watertightness do we repair the interior wall.
