How we work
Rising damp, roof leaks, interior condensation, and salt efflorescence. Diagnosis before action. Chemical injection, external waterproofing, breathable coating, or ventilation depending on the diagnosis. Treatment requires addressing the source of the water, not just the interior symptom. If the roof is degraded, the complete waterproofing must be renewed with new asphalt felt or a projected liquid polyurethane system. If the facade has structural cracks, they are sealed with elastic mastic and repainted with specific facade paint that covers micro-cracks. Only after ensuring exterior watertightness do we repair the interior wall.
