How we work
Rising damp (capillarity), roof water ingress, interior condensation, and efflorescence from saltpetre. Diagnosis before action. Chemical injection, exterior waterproofing, breathable coating, or ventilation according to diagnosis. The treatment requires addressing the water source, not the internal symptom. If the roof is damaged, the entire waterproofing needs to be renewed with new bitumen felt or a sprayed liquid polyurethane system. If the facade has structural cracks, they are sealed with elastic sealant and repainted with specific facade paint that covers micro-cracks. Only after guaranteeing exterior watertightness do we repair the interior wall.
