How we work
The typical client is a retired British or Irish resident, living here between six months and all year, with a medium budget. What they value most is barrier-free English, work transparency, and WhatsApp updates with photos. The La Herrada community exchanges recommendations; a job well done translates into five calls in the following weeks from neighbours who also need something. We know this and value it. The bungalows in La Herrada have repetitive installations, the same model of electrical panel, water heater, and air conditioning in many homes. This reduces diagnostic time and allows us to keep common parts in stock. The most demanded service is the replacement of electric water heaters at the end of their useful life. La Herrada bungalows were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre heaters that are now exhausted after twenty or twenty-five years in hard water. Replacement with a new model from a quality brand like Junkers, Cointra, Edesa, with a sacrificial anode to extend its lifespan. This is a half-day operation per unit.
