How we work
In summary, the modification affects a plot of land that has been transferred to the Generalitat de _Catalunya by the Sant Pere de Ribes Town Council, which has 5,456.15m2_ and has no existing building that would require a demolition project. This plot borders to the north with a property owned by the said Town Council, to the south with the upcoming extension of Joan Cuadras i Marcer street, to the east with another property owned by the Town Council, and to the west with the upcoming prolongation of Pas Enric Morera. In addition, article 218 of the PGOU's urban planning regulations is punctually modified, which will increase the buildability index for this plot, intended for educational equipment (D.1), ordered according to specific volumetric data, up to 1 m2t/m2s. Next, it is necessary to know the construction possibilities for the chosen plot, designated for the educational equipment, which will be obtained through a legal-urbanistic study. Initially, the antecedents of the municipal regulations affecting the land have been studied. It has undergone modifications to accommodate educational equipment, as this was not possible with previous regulations. Subsequently, the provisions in the municipal ordinances for these centres, and then the regional and national ones, have been studied to determine what can be built, from which we will obtain a table with the institute's characteristics. To determine the number of teachers that will form the teaching staff of the centre, the provisions of the resolution of April 20, 2010, of the _Departament d'Ensenyament_ (see annex 11.17) have been followed, which establish the general criteria for the preparation of teacher staffing plans for secondary education institutes for the 2010/11 academic year. In this way, once the relevant calculations have been carried out, we have obtained that for an institute with 12 ESO groups and 4 Baccalaureate groups (taking into account that, being a newly constructed institute, the provisions of the section are discarded)
