How we work
Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll respond in under 10 minutes during business hours. We start with ceilings, light fixtures, air ducts, and the tops of wardrobes, where the finest dust accumulates. We then move on to walls, doors, frames, skirting boards, radiators, and blind tracks. Next is interior and exterior woodwork, windows (inside and out), taps, and sanitaryware. We finish with the floors, which are done last as they receive everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, scrubbing with neutral cleaner, and, if necessary, a second scrub to remove the last traces of construction dust. The plumber's first step is to determine the location of the blockage. There's no point inserting a snake blindly if the blockage is two floors down. For this, we use an inspection endoscope camera, a thin camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels through the pipe and displays the exact location and nature of the blockage on screen. Hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments from old construction.
