How we work
For superficial blockages in sinks or basins, a cheap manual rod from a hardware store and half an hour of patience are usually enough. If the water starts to move, keep going. If after 30-45 minutes it's still blocked, call us. Insisting only makes the situation worse because you push the blockage to a deeper point. The plumber's first step is to find out where the blockage is located. There's no point in blindly inserting a rod if the blockage is two floors down. For this, we use an endoscopic inspection camera, a thin camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels through the pipe and shows the exact point of the blockage and its nature on a screen. Hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments of old construction. Call us, write us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll respond in less than 10 minutes during working hours.
