How we work
Diagnosis begins with a brief interview with the client about when the problem started, how it manifests, and if anything unusual occurred beforehand (storm, equipment move, impact). This is followed by a visual inspection for oil stains indicating leaks, visible mechanical damage, or accumulated dirt. Then, electrical measurements and refrigerant analysis using pressure gauges are performed. Once the cause is identified, a fixed quote for the repair is provided, compared against the cost of new equipment if the damage is substantial. We arrive with a full set of instruments. Pressure gauges, contact and infrared thermometers, electronic gas leak detectors, multimeters, and clamp meters for electrical measurements. We also bring brand-specific diagnostic software to read error codes stored on the control board. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online – we'll respond within 10 minutes during business hours.
