How we work
The most requested service is the replacement of electric water heaters at the end of their useful life. The bungalows in La Herrada were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre heaters that are now worn out after twenty or twenty-five years with hard water. We replace them with new, quality brands like Junkers, Cointra, Edesa, with a sacrificial anode to extend their lifespan. This is a half-day job per unit. The second most common service is the upgrading of electrical boards. The originals can no longer handle modern appliances like dishwashers, tumble dryers, heat pump air conditioning, or electric car chargers for those who have made the switch. We carry out complete replacements with separate RCDs for different zones and issue a signed certificate within a working day. The client receives a modern, safe, and insurable installation. The bungalows in La Herrada have repetitive installations, the same type of board, water heater, and air conditioning in many homes. This reduces diagnostic time and allows us to keep common parts in stock.
