How we work
Rising damp, roof leaks, internal condensation, and saltpetre efflorescence. Diagnosis before taking action. Chemical injection, external waterproofing, breathable coating, or ventilation depending on the diagnosis. The treatment requires addressing the source of the water, not the internal symptom. If the roof is degraded, the entire waterproofing must be renewed with new asphalt felt or a sprayed liquid polyurethane system. If the facade has structural cracks, they are sealed with elastic sealant and repainted with specific facade paint that covers micro-cracks. Only after ensuring the exterior's watertightness do we repair the interior wall.
