How we work
The plumber's first step is to find out where the blockage is. There's no point inserting a drain snake blindly if the blockage is two floors down. For this, we use an inspection endoscope camera, a slender camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels down the pipe and shows the exact location and nature of the blockage on screen. Hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments of old construction. For superficial blockages in sinks or basins, a cheap manual drain snake from a hardware store and half an hour of patience are usually sufficient. If the water starts to move, keep going. If after 30-45 minutes it's still blocked, call us. Insisting only makes the situation worse because you push the blockage further down. Sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and external drainpipes. Professional high-pressure equipment and drain snakes. Diagnosis before action.
