How we work
The plumber's first step is to find out where the blockage is. There's no point in inserting a drain snake blindly if the blockage is two floors down. For this, we use an inspection camera, a thin camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels down the pipe and shows the exact location and nature of the blockage on screen. Hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments of old construction. For superficial blockages in sinks or basins, a cheap manual drain snake from a hardware store and half an hour of patience are usually enough. If the water starts to move, keep going. If after 30-45 minutes it's still not draining, call us. Insisting will only make the situation worse because you'll push the blockage further down. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours.
