How we work
We start with ceilings, light fixtures, air ducts, and the tops of wardrobes, where the finest dust accumulates. We then move on to walls, doors, frames, skirting boards, radiators, and window tracks. Next is interior and exterior woodwork, windows inside and out, taps, and sanitaryware. We finish with the floors, which are done last as they receive everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, mopping with a neutral cleaner, and, if necessary, a second mop to remove the final layer of construction dust. Construction dust is very fine and stays suspended in the air. That's why we do several passes from top to bottom and leave the floors until last, so the dust doesn't reappear after two days. A standard 70-90 m² flat usually takes between half a day and a full day, depending on the condition and the amount of debris. A full renovation takes longer than a repaint.
