How we work
For superficial clogs in sinks or basins, a cheap manual drain snake from a hardware store and half an hour of patience are usually enough. If the water starts to move, you continue. If after 30-45 minutes it's still blocked, call us. Insisting only makes the situation worse because you push the clog to a deeper point. The plumber's first step is to find out where the blockage is. There's no point in inserting a drain snake blindly if the blockage is two floors down. For this, we use an inspection endoscope camera, a thin camera mounted on a flexible cable that travels through the pipe and shows the exact location and nature of the clog on screen. Hair, grease, plant roots, foreign objects, fragments from old building work. Sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and external downpipes. Professional high-pressure equipment and drain snakes. Diagnosis before action.
