How we work
We arrive with professional pressure washers, using a rotary surface cleaner for large areas and a lance for corners, joints, and edges. First, we remove furniture, pots, and obstacles, sweep away loose debris, and if there are oil or tyre stains on the driveway, we apply a specific degreaser to work before the high-pressure water. Then, we clean the entire surface with methodical passes to avoid streaks, paying close attention to joints and corners where green algae accumulates. Once the surface is clean and dry, we offer two optional finishes. Joint sealing slows down the regrowth of weeds and algae and makes future cleaning easier. The anti-slip treatment is highly recommended for walkways and around swimming pools, where wet tiles pose a real risk to children and the elderly. In terms of frequency, an annual cleaning in spring is usually sufficient for most terraces on the Costa Blanca. Shaded areas or those with many nearby trees might need cleaning twice a year. We typically clean an average-sized terrace or porch in one morning. Large driveways or surfaces with significant green algae might take a full day. We provide a fixed timeframe in our quote.
