How we work
Call us, send us a WhatsApp message, or request your quote online – we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. We fix many types of leaks. Exposed copper pipes in kitchens and bathrooms. Flexible connections under the sink or basin. Dripping taps at the spindle or cartridge. Stopcocks leaking from the gland nut. Downpipes leaking at the joints. Meters losing water from the valve itself. Boilers and water heaters with internal leaks. And poorly insulated community water tanks. Before opening anything up, the plumber carries out a three-stage diagnosis. First, a pressure test: all water outlets are closed, and we check if the meter is still running. If it continues to run with everything closed, there's a leak in the system. Second, visual and thermographic inspection using an infrared camera, which detects abnormal cold or hot spots in walls and floors. Third, an acoustic probe to locate the exact spot.
