How we work
The entire detection process takes between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the installation complexity. The subsequent repair depends on the pipe type: soldered copper, press-fit multilayer, or PER with mechanical fittings. In 80% of cases, the entire intervention (detection + repair + final test) is completed in a single 2-3 hour visit. Another frequent pattern: leaks that appear in the first month after returning home after the low season. Pipes inactive for months undergo thermal changes, and the pressure when turning on the taps again reveals accumulated weaknesses. If you have left the house closed for four or five months, the initial water turn-on should be done slowly while monitoring the meter. Professional equipment detection: included in the repair cost if you decide to proceed with the repair, or €60-90 if you only want the diagnosis. Simple pipe leak repair in visible pipes: €80-160. Repair requiring controlled opening of wall or floor: €180-380, including plastering and basic finishing. For complex repairs with multiple leaks or piping requiring complete section replacement, a fixed quote will be provided after an on-site diagnosis.
