How we work
This is, so far, the most recent neighborhood in Barcelona, and it is still in the process of formation and consolidation. Its eastern end borders the lands and facilities where the Fórum de las Culturas 2004 was developed and the group of office buildings and hotels in the area. Finally, along the western coast, there is the new sector called Front Marítim, made up of five blocks of homes with central gardens. Behind these, inland, there is a group of blocks where old structures coexist, such as the unique complex of Carrer dels Pellaires —formerly industrial and now converted into modern workshops and studios, like that of designer Mariscal—, together with new or transforming ones. After visiting the main attractions of Barcelona, head to Diagonal Mar i El Front Marítim del Poblenou, a recently renovated area in the Sant Martí district. In the last decade, this urbanized center facing the sea has become a very attractive area to live and relax.
