How we work
I have checked the supply stopcock for my flat and it appears to be open. My meter does not have a pressure gauge. I cannot check if I have pressure, but the rest of the neighbours have no problems. There is a continuous drip from the hot water pipe. This pipe is in a false ceiling, so we will likely need to cut and join the pipe and cut the plasterboard tiles to carry out the repair. The main stopcock for the hot water also needs changing, and another elbow in a different pipe needs replacing. Good morning, we have had a new water supply connection made, and after many calls, they are telling us that a hose needs to be connected to the meter, and we have to arrange this privately with our own plumber.
