How we work
Many of these houses have installations from the 70s or earlier that require complete updating. We carry out a free preliminary diagnosis and a detailed quote broken down by items. Call us, write to us on WhatsApp or request your quote online — we respond in less than 10 minutes during working hours. The sand filter is the second most frequent point of failure. The filter sand compacts and clogs over time and stops filtering correctly. The typical sign is increasing operating pressure (when it exceeds 1.5 bar, it's time for backwashing or replacement). Sand replacement is done every 5-7 years with normal use. It's a full-day operation. Draining the filter, removing old sand (usually about 80-120 kg for a standard domestic filter) and vacuuming the collector bed. Then comes filling with new sand of suitable grain size, adjusting the multiport valve, pressure testing and commissioning.
