How we work
The typical client is British or Irish, living here between six months and year-round. They are usually retired or semi-retired, with a medium-to-high budget and clear quality expectations. They don't want to save eighty euros with a dubious freelancer only to have a bigger problem in six months. They want the job done right, with a clean invoice, and a real guarantee. With a professional who can return if something isn't right. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. The sand filter is the second most frequent point of failure. Filter sand compacts and becomes saturated over time, ceasing to filter correctly. The typical sign is rising operating pressure (when it exceeds 1.5 bar, it's time for backwashing or replacement). Sand changes are done every 5-7 years with normal use. It's a full day's job. Drain the filter, remove the old sand (usually around 80-120 kg for a standard domestic filter), and vacuum the collector bed. Then, refill with new sand of the appropriate grain size, adjust the multiport valve, pressure test, and commission.
