- How often should the pool be maintained?
- High season (June-September): weekly visit. Low season (October-May): every 15 days is sufficient. Many trees around or intensive use: weekly all year round.
- Are chemicals included?
- Yes, standard monthly maintenance includes chlorine, anti-algae, pH balancer, flocculant, and common products. Special treatments (anti-limescale, algae shock) are charged separately as a one-off.
- How do you recover a green pool?
- Depends on the condition. Light green: chlorine shock, 24h filtration, flocculant. Deep green with stuck algae: partial drain, mechanical wash, specific products, long filtration. Timeframe: 2-7 days.
- Can a chlorine pool be converted to salt?
- Yes, by installing a salt chlorinator on the filtration circuit. Cost €1,100-€1,700. The pool makes its own chlorine from salt, fewer chemicals, more comfortable swimming.
- Do you repair old pumps and filters?
- Yes, as long as the parts exist. Saci, Astralpool, Espa, Bombas IDEAL etc. If the repair exceeds 60% of the price of a new pump, we recommend replacement.
- Is the quote free?
- Yes, completely free and with no obligation. For maintenance, the first visit includes a water analysis. If you don't sign up, you pay nothing.
