How we work
Our typical client is a retired Briton or Irishman, residing between six months and all year, with a mid-range budget. What they value most is clear English communication, transparency in work, and updates via WhatsApp with photos. The La Herrada community exchanges recommendations; a job well done leads to five calls in the following weeks from neighbours who also need something. We know this and value it. The second highest volume service is the upgrade of electrical panels. The original panels can no longer cope with modern appliances like dishwashers, tumble dryers, heat pump air conditioning, or electric car chargers for owners who have made the switch. We offer a complete replacement with separate circuit breakers for each zone and a signed safety certificate within one working day. The client receives a modern, safe, and insurable installation. The most demanded service is the replacement of electric water heaters at the end of their useful life. The bungalows in La Herrada were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre heaters that are now exhausted after twenty or twenty-five years in hard water. We replace them with a new model from a quality brand like Junkers, Cointra, or Edesa, including a sacrificial anode to extend their lifespan. This operation takes half a day per unit.
