- The typical Saturday night call from Cabo Roig. You've gone out for dinner, left your bag with your keys inside, and the door has slammed shut in the wind. You're locked out, and the intercom isn't working. Your insurance covers the opening, but the company technician won't be here until four in the afternoon on Monday, not now. This is what happens to us most often: urgent lock openings at inconvenient times when the insurance company can't help.
- How long does an emergency locksmith take to arrive?
- In coastal areas of the Costa Blanca, under 90 minutes during daytime hours. For emergency night or weekend call-outs, a maximum of 2-3 hours depending on the area and availability.
- Can the door be opened without breaking the lock?
- In most cases, yes, especially with standard cylinders. For high-security anti-bumping cylinders, damage-free opening may not be possible, and the solution is to replace the entire cylinder.
- Which anti-bumping cylinder do you recommend?
- We work with leading brands: Tesa T80, Mottura Champions, Cisa Astral. Cylinders with registered keys (cannot be copied without authorisation), 10-year warranty, and European EN1303 certification.
- Do you cover urgent broken glass replacements?
- In accessible areas, we'll temporarily cover the opening with board the same day and replace the permanent glass within 48-72 hours. For custom-measured safety tempered glass, the timeframe is 3-5 days.
- Do you make made-to-measure shower screens?
- Measured on-site, manufactured in our own workshop, and installed within a morning. Fixed, sliding, and folding models in 6mm or 8mm tempered glass with aluminium profiles.
