How we work
We start with ceilings, light fixtures, air ducts, and the tops of wardrobes, where the finest dust accumulates. We then move on to walls, doors, frames, skirting boards, radiators, and blind guides. Next, the interior and exterior carpentry, internal and external windows, taps, and sanitary ware. We finish with the floors, which are done last because they collect everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, mopping with a neutral product, and, if necessary, a second mop to remove the last veil of construction dust. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online — we'll respond in less than 10 minutes during business hours. The choice between different types of wood or wood-effect flooring depends on three main factors: budget, intended use, and desired aesthetic. AC4 laminate floating flooring, which is our most popular product today, combines excellent value for money with resistance to intensive use. It consists of a top layer of melamine with a realistic wood effect (high resistance to abrasion), a high-density fibreboard core, and a balancing bottom layer. The top layer has an AC4 rating (suitable for intense domestic use or moderate commercial use) and withstands 25,000 abrasive cycles without visible wear. For standard domestic use, it lasts 15-25 years maintaining a good appearance. Its drawback is that, while visually very realistic, it is not natural wood and cannot be re-sanded and varnished if damaged in any spot.
