How We Work
The second largest service by volume is the upgrading of electrical panels. The original ones can no longer cope with modern appliances, such as dishwashers, tumble dryers, heat pump air conditioning, or electric car chargers for those owners who have made the switch. We offer a complete replacement with separate circuit breakers by zone and a signed safety certificate within a working day. The client receives a modern, safe, and insurable installation. The most demanded service is the replacement of electric water heaters at the end of their useful life. The bungalows in La Herrada were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre water heaters that are now exhausted after twenty or twenty-five years in hard water. We replace them with a new model from a quality brand like Junkers, Cointra, or Edesa, including a sacrificial anode to extend their lifespan. This is a half-day operation per unit. The typical client is a retired British or Irish resident, living here between six months and full-time, with a medium budget. What they value most is barrier-free English communication, transparency in our work, and updates via WhatsApp with photos. The La Herrada community exchanges recommendations, so a job well done often leads to five calls in the following weeks from neighbours who also need something. We understand and value this.
