How we work
For areas of very intensive use (entrances, hallways, continuously used stairs), we recommend not using laminate flooring as its concentrated heavy use deteriorates the top layer faster than in residential areas. For these areas, porcelain stoneware or natural stone last much longer. Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online – we'll respond within 10 minutes during business hours. We start with ceilings, light fixtures, air ducts, and the top parts of wardrobes, where the finest dust accumulates. Then we move on to walls, doors, door frames, skirting boards, radiators, and window tracks. Next, interior and exterior carpentry, windows inside and out, taps, and sanitaryware. We finish with the floors, which are done last as they receive everything that falls during the process. Thorough vacuuming, mopping with a neutral product, and, if necessary, a second mop to remove the last of the construction dust.
