Rubí grew in two clear waves: the old town and 1960s–70s residential estates, then a second new-build wave between 2000 and 2010 toward Sant Muç and Can Mir. The old town still has pre-2002 electrical installations we upgrade before any other work. The new expansion concentrates semi-detached homes with heat pumps that need yearly servicing. The historic Rubí stream floods mean we always check drainage and non-return pumps in ground-floor flats before closing up a bathroom. Wide streets, easy van access.
