Sitges mixes tourist town, second homes and holiday rentals, with a protected old town where any façade work needs specific council approval. Salt air and the southwest wind quickly damage joinery and ironwork: we default to stainless and marine-grade aluminium. Most of the work is off-season (October–May); in summer we keep to discreet repairs and pre-arrival check-ups for short-let flats. In Vinyet and Aiguadolç, villas with pools dominate, with scheduled maintenance. C-32 access is easy outside summer weekends; old-town unloads must be done before 10 a.m.
