How we work
The construction process is quite clean. We first assemble the galvanised steel profile metal frame, screwed to the floor and ceiling. Electrical cables and water pipes, if any, are run through, and the interior is filled with rock wool or glass wool insulation, providing considerable acoustic insulation. Plasterboard sheets are screwed to both sides. They are taped and filled with joint compound, sanded between coats to achieve a completely smooth surface ready for painting. The pattern repeats every year. May arrives, British, Irish, and French property owners return to Torrevieja, open the apartment door that has been closed since February. They discover surprises. A washing machine stop valve that has failed over the winter and is now dripping onto the utility room floor. An air conditioning thermostat that no longer responds to the remote. Blinds stuck halfway up because the internal cord has dried out. A musty smell in the master bedroom coming from behind the built-in wardrobe. We have verified professionals available in under 2 hours. Select the service and request a quote.
