How we work
Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online – we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. The construction process is quite clean. First, we assemble the galvanised steel profile metal frame, screwed to the floor and ceiling. Electrical cables and water pipes, if any, are run through it, and the interior is filled with rock wool or glass wool insulation, providing considerable acoustic insulation. Plasterboard panels are screwed on both sides. They are joined with fibre tape and joint compound, sanding between layers until a perfectly smooth surface is achieved, ready for painting. Plaster and plasterboard work generates dust during sanding, so we cover the entire area with plastic sheeting before starting and vacuum carefully when finished. The room is ready for painting the day after the final sanding.
