How we work
After flushing the cistern, the water fills up again, and the water comes out. We are then forced to close the stopcock... The cistern flush mechanism is the issue. Sorry if I don't explain correctly, as I lack technical knowledge. In any case, I have bought a replacement part for the rubber ball (rubber/plastic ball with rod and nuts) but given the difficult access, I would like a professional familiar with this type of work to install it. That's why I'd like a quote. It's an old backpack cistern; the building is from the 60s. Two years ago, I replaced the flush mechanism with a new one (the blue and white plastic type). Now it leaks water into the bowl, and the tank seems to never stop filling. The stopcock is next to the tank.
