How we work
Rising damp, roof leakage, interior condensation, and efflorescence due to saltpetre. Diagnosis before action. Chemical injection, exterior waterproofing, breathable coating, or ventilation depending on diagnosis. Treatment requires addressing the water source, not the interior symptom. If the roof is degraded, the entire waterproofing must be renewed with new roofing felt or a liquid-applied polyurethane system. If the facade has structural cracks, they are sealed with elastic sealant and repainted with specific facade paint that covers micro-cracks. Only after ensuring exterior watertightness do we repair the interior wall.
