How we work
The process of legalising a property can be initiated for various reasons. For instance, if a property was built illegally, we'll need to certify its surface area and other fundamental elements like habitability. You can freely choose the specialist technician who will prepare the surface certificate. Find and approach the one you prefer and arrange an appointment. On the day of the appointment, you must allow them access to the property, and they will take their measurements. It would be very unusual for a surface certificate to delay any procedure you are involved in. Once you confirm an appointment with the competent professional and they take measurements at your property, the preparation of the surface certificate should not take longer than one or two days. However, you should allow for extra time. In some cases, the relevant professional body's endorsement is required, a procedure that can slightly extend the process.
