How we work
Leak detection and repair, part replacement, or gas recharge based on diagnosis. Diagnosis begins with a brief interview with the client about when the problem started, how it manifests, or if anything unusual happened before (storm, equipment moving, impact). This is followed by a visual inspection for oil stains indicating leaks, visible mechanical damage, or accumulated dirt. Then, electrical measurements and refrigerant analysis with pressure gauges are performed. Once the cause is identified, a fixed repair quote is provided, compared against the cost of new equipment if the fault is major. We arrive with a complete set of instruments. Manometers for pressure, contact and infrared thermometers, electronic gas leak detector, multimeter, and clamp meter for electrical measurements. We also carry brand-specific diagnostic software to read error codes stored on the control board.
