How we work
The typical client is a retired British or Irish person, residing for six months to a full year, with an average budget. What they value most is barrier-free English, transparency in work, and WhatsApp follow-up with photos. The La Herrada community exchanges recommendations; a job well done translates into five calls in the following weeks from neighbours who also need something. We know this and we appreciate it. The bungalows in La Herrada have repetitive installations, the same model of fuse box, water heater, and air conditioning in many homes. This reduces diagnosis time and allows us to carry common parts in stock. The most requested service is the replacement of electric water heaters at the end of their useful life. The La Herrada bungalows were built between the 90s and 2000s with 100 or 150-litre water heaters that are now worn out after twenty or twenty-five years with hard water. We replace them with a new model from a quality brand, Junkers, Cointra, Edesa, with a sacrificial anode to extend their lifespan. A half-day job per unit.
