How We Work
Call us, text us on WhatsApp, or request your quote online – we'll reply in under 10 minutes during business hours. When a customer calls because their fridge isn't cooling, we first recommend basic checks before the technician arrives. Verify the fridge has power (sometimes the problem is just a tripped circuit breaker). Check that the thermostat temperature hasn't been accidentally changed by a button press. Ensure the rear ventilation grille isn't blocked (sometimes people push the fridge against the wall, blocking condenser airflow, which overheats the motor and causes the fridge to shut down for protection). If these checks don't solve the problem, it's a genuine fault requiring a technician. If the repair exceeds 50-60 percent of the price of an equivalent new fridge, it's not cost-effective. We'll tell you after diagnosis.
